1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion

3/4 cup raw cashews

1 cup of water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic

Directions

Step1: peel and dice the potato into 1-inch pieces. Boil it until tender (15-20mins.)

Step2: Place drained cashews, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, onion, water, and garlic powder in the blender. Blend it until smooth
