Ingredients

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 celery stalks minced (about ¼ cup)

2 tablespoons minced red onion

? cup 2% Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 5- ounce cans of white albacore tuna in water drained

Directions

Step1: In a bowl mix together lemon juice, salt, pepper, dijon mustard, yogurt, and parsley.

Step2: Add tuna on the top with red onions and celery. Mix well

Step3: Serve it. You can use it on toast or in the sandwich

1 (5oz) Can be drained and rinsed tuna fish

1/4 cup (55g) plain non-fat greek yogurt

A diced quarter of an apple (50g)

A diced quarter of a red onion (30g)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Your healthy tuna salad is ready

Salt and Pepper, to taste

3-4 Cherry Tomatoes

1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish

1 Whole Egg, boiled and chopped

1 [5oz] Can Solid White Albacore Tuna (in water)

1 Heaping Tablespoon Plain Yogurt (or more to taste)

Directions

Step1: In a small bowl add drained tuna fish and mix plain yogurt, pickle relish

Step2: Add boiled egg and season with pepper and salt to taste

Step3: Garnish it with tomatoes and enjoy

Ingredients

2 ribs celery, chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup cucumber, finely chopped

¼ cup red onion, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

2 (4-ounce) cans tuna, packed in olive oil

Directions

Step1: Mix onion, dill, cucumber, celery, and tuna in a medium bowl

Step2: Mix mustard and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Now combine both mixtures and season with pepper and salt

2 Tbsp bottled pesto

1 Tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained

1 small red onion, diced

1/4 cup chopped green olives

2 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise

1 large tomato, sliced

About 1 tsp olive oil

8 slices whole-wheat bread

2 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced 

Directions

Step1: In a large bowl mix onion, tuna, olives, capers, pesto, mayo, and lemon juice.

Step2: Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the bread for 2-3 mins on each side  or until the cheese is melted

Ingredients

1 stalk celery, chopped

1/4 cup chopped red sweet pepper

2 Tbsp chopped onion

2 tsp Dijon-style mustard

1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

1 tsp chopped fresh dill weed

Fresh dill weed sprigs

1/2 cup canned no-salt-added garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained

4 reduced-calorie wheat hamburger buns or whole-wheat bagel thins

2 5-ounce cans chunk white tuna (water pack), drained and broken into chunks

1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

Directions

Step1: In a bowl mash beans and add tuna, celery, cheese, red pepper, and onion. Mix well

Step2: Add mustard, yogurt, and chopped dill

Step3: Spread salad on buns and place these on the baking sheet

Step4: Broil for 3-4 mins in a preheated broiler or until cheese is melted. Garnish it with dill springs and serve


Smoky tuna pickle boats

Ingredients

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

2 six oz cans (or pouches) albacore tuna

1 six oz can (or pouch) smoked tuna

1/3 cup sugar-free mayonnaise

6 large whole dill pickles

1 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes (or 1/2 tsp onion powder)

Directions

Step1: In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except pickles. Mix well

Step2: Now cut pickles into two pieces and remove the seeds.

Step3: In each pickle, piece put 3 tbsp tuna salad

Step4: Chill and serve.
