Lemon wheels, for garnish
1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
Directions
Step1: Blend the chopped ginger and cucumber in a blender or food processor
Step2: Strain this blended mixture
Step3: Add ice (optional) and garnish with cucumber and lemon wheels.
