 Cucumber is low in calories. 104g of cucumber contains just 16 calories. The amount of fat in cucumber is zero. So a person that wants to lose weight can easily use cucumber without fear of gaining weight. You can use cucumber juice as a regular drink.

Cucumber wheels, for garnish

Lemon wheels, for garnish

1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped

Directions

Step1: Blend the chopped ginger and cucumber in a blender or food processor

Step2: Strain this blended mixture

Step3: Add ice (optional) and garnish with cucumber and lemon wheels.

2 lemon fine sliced

1 liter Distilled water

2 cucumber fine sliced

1 bunch Fresh Mint leaves

1-inch ginger grated/ minced or juiced

Directions

Step1: In a bottle take one liter of water and add mint leaves, ginger, lemon, and cucumber. (pitcher is best instead of the bottle if available)

Step2: Cover the bottle and leave it for 8-10 hours. (or overnight)

1 and 1/2 Tbsp. honey

1 English cucumber, chopped into medium pieces

Step1: Blend all the ingredients in a blender instead of honey

Step2: Strain the mixture in a bowl

Step3: Add honey and mix well. Serve it


Cucumber and ginger juice with lemon

1 cucumber

6 large kale leaves

½ of lemon, peeled

1-inch piece of fresh ginger

½ of a bulb of fennel

1 grapefruit, peeled

2 green apples, ( I used Granny Smith)

Directions

Step1: Wash all the ingredients and cut them into smaller pieces

Step2: Blend all the ingredients into blender and strain 

Step3: Serve your cucumber and ginger juice.

1 tsp of sugar in the raw

splash of rum Optional

1 tsp of freshly grated ginger

3 small-medium sized cucumbers

Directions

Step1: Cut cucumber and ginger into small pieces and add to blender

Step2: Add sugar and lime juice and blent to attain your desired consistency

Step3: If using rum add it during blending and do not add too much

2 celery stalks

1/4 pineapple

4 large leaves of lettuce

1 handful of flat parsley

1 handful of curly parsley

1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of ginger

1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of turmeric

Step1: Wash all the necessary ingredients and peel off

Step2: Put all these into the juicer and strain well

Step3: Your easy cucumber and ginger juice is ready to serve and enjoy
