Carrot juice for weight loss

4 large carrots

2 sweet apples 

Directions

Step1: Wash the apple and carrots

Step2: Peel them

Step3: Place all the ingredients in the juicer

Step4: Your carrot juice is ready to Serve it

2 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger

Directions

Step1: Wash all the ingredients and peel them 

Step2: Extract juice through a juicer ( you can also use a blender or food processor and then strain it)

3 piece fresh ginger

2 pounds beets (about 6 medium)

1 pound carrots (about 4 large)

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 Gala or Empire apple (about 8 ounces)

1 Granny Smith apple (about 8 ounces)

Directions

Step1: Peel all the ingredients. Cut into small pieces or chop

Step2: Run all the ingredients through a juicer or food processor( except lemon)

Step3: Strain it and add lemon juice.

Step4: Serve it and enjoy

1 small beetroot

1/4 inch piece Ginger

1/4 cup Water

Few Icecubes

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of milk

4 tablespoons of sugar

Directions

Step1: Peel all the necessary ingredients. Cut or chop it
