Preparing a healthy breakfast for men's weight loss is not a difficult task. But it is not much easy to prepare breakfast that will healthy and also contain all the balanced nutrients for men's. Men need healthy food than women as everyone knows that.

Directions
Step1: Mix all the fruits in a bowl evenly
Step2: Divide these mixed fruits into four small bowls
Step3: Now mix honey and yogurt in another bowl
Step4: Now add this yogurt sauce approx. 1/4 over each bowl
Step5: Sprinkle thick-cut oat and nuts

1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 medium firm-ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Directions
Step1: In a large pan boil water, milk and salt.
Step2: Add oat and cook it for 5 minutes. cover it
Step3: Now melt the butter in another pan. Stir in brown sugar and other spices. Boil it.
Step4: After 5 min. add banana. Cook for 1-2 mins.
Step5: Remove from heat and mix banana mixture into the oatmeal

Step2: Now add berries first, then granola, nuts, and chia seed at last.
Step3: you can add sweeteners as you like
