Weight gain is a current issue all over the world. Here I will tell you how you can lose weight without using an egg. Because some people do not like to eat eggs. Preparing a healthy breakfast for men's weight loss is not a difficult task. But it is not much easy to prepare breakfast that will healthy and also contain all the balanced nutrients for men's. Men need healthy food than women as everyone knows that. 

Here some healthy breakfast food is present for men's weight loss

Fruits

You can use different fruits like peaches, grapes, apples, bananas, berries, pears and many other fruits that you like. It is a good way to take a healthy breakfast without egg

Vegetables

A vegetarian person can use different vegetables for breakfast. The most important weight loss breakfast is tofu. It is easily digestible. 2 Tbsp thick-cut oats

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup raspberries or blackberries

1 cup red grapes or green grapes

1/4 cup nuts chopped, such as pecans or almonds

2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced

Directions

Step1: Mix all the fruits in a bowl evenly

Step2: Divide these mixed fruits into four small bowls

Step3: Now mix honey and yogurt in another bowl

Step4: Now add this yogurt sauce approx. 1/4 over each bowl

Step5: Sprinkle thick-cut oat and nuts

Banana Oatmeal without egg

2 cups water

1-1/2 cups 2% milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup butter, cubed

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 medium firm-ripe bananas, sliced

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon rum extract

Directions

Step1: In a large pan boil water, milk and salt.

Step2: Add oat and cook it for 5 minutes. cover it

Step3: Now melt the butter in another pan. Stir in brown sugar and other spices. Boil it. 

Step4: After 5 min. add banana. Cook for 1-2 mins.

Step5: Remove from heat and mix banana mixture into the oatmeal

Step2: Turn on the flame and cook it for 3-5 min. with continuously stirring

Step3: Turn off flame if you have achieves your desired consistency

1 cup water, milk, or non-dairy milk

Directions

Step1: In a saucepan boil milk or water

Step2: After boiling turn the flame low and add oat

Step3: Turn off the flame after achieving your desired consistency.

Directions

Step1: Mix all the above ingredients and top it with nuts and seeds you like. Serve it


Yogurt bowl for weight loss

Ingredients

2-3 tablespoons granola (homemade or store-bought)

1-2 tablespoons sliced almonds or similar nuts

Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds Note 1

Optional: drizzle of honey or pure maple syrup

3/4 cup Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I use and recommend Greek God's brand)

1/2 cup mixed berries of choice (such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries)

Directions

 Step1: Add yogurt to a large bowl and evenly smooth it

Step2: Now add berries first, then granola, nuts, and chia seed at last.

Step3: you can add sweeteners as you like
